UPDATED: APR 10, 2021 Liquide ambré trouble avec mousse courte et disparaissant rapidement. Nez coriandre et levures avec une pointe poivrée. En bouche, c'est à la fois sucrée et levuré tout en laissant une partie houblonnée et coriandre. Pas fan du tout !!!

UPDATED: JUN 1, 2019 Backlog, bottle in 2010-11, pours a copper shade with medium head. Notes are candied sugar, sweet malt, herbs, spices, licorice, and flowers.Very spiced, borderline cloying . Mouthfeel was thicker and same with body.

TASTE: Full, rich and creamy mouthfeel, slight sweetness, soft on hops or bitterness. Sweetness, malt and yeast. Medium long aftertaste. An extremely drinkable beer....

UPDATED: AUG 6, 2018 Je ruikt de bloemige honing geur. Diffuus honing gele kleur en witte schuimkraag. Zacht redelijk romig voor een blond Ale. Zoetig gekruid zoals een Belgische Ale betaamd.
