NachlamSie (4368) - Denver, Colorado, USA - OCT 14, 201812 oz at the brewpub. This is light amber with a light haze in the body and a firm head on top. Aromas of cedar, stone fruit, bread are here. The palate is big considering it's a mere 3.2%. Good carbonation level helps that out for sure. A little bit of candied sugar suggestions are in the flavor, but there's no way that was actually used. It finishes just medium dry with a pleasant hop bite. It's woody with notes of pear skin. Hair of the Dog has long been making beers that aren't true to their styles and excelling at it. This is another example.
