UPDATED: AUG 21, 2021 720 ml bottle from Systembolaget. Nice white and cloudy appearance, almost like milk. Aroma of rice and melon. The taste is quite sweet, but not too sweet. I think they got it just right. There's more of that melon/fruit (pear?) flavor with hints of rice and a quite substantial 'alcohol' flavor. The aftertaste is similar to the aftertaste of straight vodka. Yet, the alcohol isn't very noticeable and it's overall very easy to drink. Overall, it's enjoyable and highly recommended for a sake beginner like myself.

UPDATED: JUL 28, 2021 300ml bottle from Japan Centre. Cloudy white colour, no head and aroma of rice, fruity. Taste is sweet, rice, fruity, creamy with some warming boozy notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry boozy finish. Nicely drinkable

UPDATED: DEC 6, 2020 30cl bottle at Hashimoto, Rimini, Italy. Pours really hazy, light pink. Aroma is weak, with a little fruity feeling, like strawberry. Body is on the light side, flat with a soft spicy tickling. Taste is medium sweet, with a nice spiciness. Final is fairly long and delicately spicy.

UPDATED: DEC 5, 2020 Pours milky while color. Aromas of melon and coconut. Sweet honeydew and coconut flavors. Medium body with creamy mouthfeel.

UPDATED: OCT 17, 2020 Bottle. Pours milky white with a white head. A little sweet, some rice, straight and creamy. Pretty good.

UPDATED: OCT 12, 2020 Bottle. Pours cloudy, milky, white. Aroma is mild, light rice, hints if yeast. Flavor is light plus sweet. Medium body, mild, well hidden abv

UPDATED: DEC 28, 2019 300 ml bottle poured into a brandy snifter. The sake is a white color. Still. The aroma is grainy and doughy, kind of like a yeast slurry smell. Taste has that dough to it, but sweet. There’s a bit of a burn in the swallow. Thicker mouthfeel.

UPDATED: FEB 9, 2019 Bottle at home bought from Chucks wines Ohio. My first Sake. Opaque colour with a fragrant fruity nose. Taste is warm down your throat wine rice noted creamy coconut .

Aroma has footsweat, lime and perfume. Also green apples. Flavour has sweet and green apples, some lime and mild grapefruity tones.
