Taste is crisp apple, fleshy, some core and skin, fruity, with a hint of vanilla and drying citric notes. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable.

UPDATED: DEC 6, 2021 330ml Can from Bottle & Barrel, Aberystwyth. Misty gold pour, filling the glass with bubbles which subside sharpish. Aroma of sweet, syrupy apple, mild sulphur. Fair carbonation to taste, crisp and light, moderately sweet apple fruit, mild sulphur, crisp bittersweet character. Decent overall.
