Pours a lightly hazy brownish wine red with a lightly pinkish coarse head and quiet some sediment at the bottom of the bottle. Aroma of acidic funk, quiet some wood, balsamic vinegar and red berries. Medium body with a very soft carbonation, a medium-heavy acidity and a light woody tartness. The flavor starts with acidic funk, vinegar, some unripe berries, citric acidity, wood and tannic notes. UPDATED: JAN 18, 2021 (Bottle) Red colour with biref, foamy, pink head. Fruity, sourish nose with black-currant, vinegar, wood, barnyard, almonds and a touch of tobacco. Fruity, tart taste with notes of black-currant, balsamic vinegar, wood, barnyard, almonds and a dry and tart finish. Low bitterness. Really tasty, with a sharp, almost harsh, vinegar tartness. Very nice.

ophone (1379) - LUXEMBOURG - OCT 12, 2020
UPDATED: OCT 12, 2020 Dark red with no head. Vinegar and blackcurrant in smell. Very sour in taste with this vinegar note typical for lambic beers. No carbonation.

PilsnerPeter (3068) - Flushing, New York, USA - OCT 4, 2020
UPDATED: OCT 4, 2020 Bottle: 2008 Version 1 (aged 12 years). Pours a rusty amber with virtually no head nor lacing. Super funky in the nose. Horse blanket, leather, slight medicinal notes and citric fruity undertones. Slick body, carbonation faded. Tart flavor. Citric, acetic, reminiscent of a Flemish red. Some funky subtleties in the finish. A bit of paper oxidation is noted as it warms.

Listigovers (2149) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 1, 2020
UPDATED: OCT 1, 2020 Pours a very nice rich red colour, almost purple. A very nice berry flavour, tart and wild, somehow manages to be dry as a bone, really funky and lovely lambic, I'm impressed they manage to get so much flavour in it without sweetness.

UPDATED: APR 27, 2020 16 February 2020. At In de Verzekering tegen de Grote Dorst. Cheers to Anke & Pieter! Pours clear red with a very thin, pinkish head. Aroma of blackcurrant, blueberry juice, lemon peel, sour cherry, plum. Taste has sour cassis, cherry & redcurrant, some lemon acid, a bit wheaty, sweetish jam-like undercurrent. Tart, fruity & slightly funky finish, low hoppiness, more cassis until the very end. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Rather straightforward but intense.
