UPDATED: OCT 3, 2021 Color naranja oscuro, sin turbiedad, transparente. Espuma blanca de menos de un dedo de espesor y media corta retención. Aroma intenso, jengibre, refresco de limón y azúcar. Sabor intenso, jengibre, caramelo, azúcar y notas de malta levemente caramelizada, final medio dulzor acaramelado alto, posgusto largo con el característico picante aromático del jengibre, alcohol imperceptible. Textura semioleosa, ligeramente pegajosa en los labios. Carbonatación media baja. Una receta un tanto simple pero fiel y respetuosa con el jengibre, maltratado en muchas ocasiones.

UPDATED: AUG 29, 2021 50 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Lidl Culemborg. Clear light amber with a thin white head. Ginger aroma. Sweet taste with some ginger spiciness. Sweet finish. Nice sharp ginger beer.

UPDATED: AUG 27, 2021 --Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Clear pale amber, small head. Aroma of sheer ginger. Very sweet with light body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Burning ginger, lots of sugar, some dusty fruit. Ginger burn lasts forever. There is absolutely nothing pleasant here, only pain.

UPDATED: AUG 21, 2021 Dark golden colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have both the spicy, prickly element of ginger and also the sweet, syrupy element of stem ginger.

UPDATED: JUL 31, 2021 Bottled 0,50L. CLeear and limpid yellow color, moderate bubbly impression with foamy white head of medium resistance. Aroma is artificial, notes of ginger, sugar, candy, syrup. Unstable and unbalanced mouthfeel, overbanding ginger and syrup impression, too much sugary final.

UPDATED: JUL 29, 2021 Bought at Lidl. Strong ginger aroma and smell. The taste it's too sweet, with notes of honey, caramel and sweet malts. Some faint lemon is noticeable along with the ginger notes
