COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is our take of the renowned Bohemian-style pale lager that you might find in Bavaria or the Czech Republic. Ours is a little more golden, rounder, and a little more malt driven than many other versions. The beer possesses strong hop character that is balanced by its rich, round, malty palate. Refreshing and balanced, this beer is a favorite of our winery friends during harvest. 1.014 BG, 4 SRM

UPDATED: MAR 25, 2021 [Uploaded from backlog - 7/7/18] 500ml bottle, big thanks to Brian M. Great balance of flavor. Bready, lighter peppery hop, mild lager funkiness. Not ground breaking in terms of aroma, but fantastically balanced. Very pleasant texture -- kind of slightly more full, lightly slick, lighter soft carbonation, pretty round. It's a pillowy texture. Moderate sweet taste, very light bitter. I'd love this if it was maybe a little hoppier, but this is more honest. Wondeful, and as a big fan of pils, it's awesome to be able to finally try this. Super smooth and easy drinking.. Might be a benchmark in the respect of texture and balance.
