UPDATED: DEC 30, 2021 Deep amber/brown pour with a ruby hue and beige head with spots of lacing …. Aroma is light and of roasted malts, chocolate and caramel malts ….. taste is of chocolate malts, roasted malts and caramel …… more of a German style brew than a porter …. Finish has some bitter hoppy bite with roasted malts, chocolate and caramel malts ….. abv hidden well …. Body is medium to full ….. mouthfeel is slick and oily …. Solid brew just more of a German feel like a doppelbock than a Baltic porter … I enjoyed it on that level
