GarrettB (2381) - San Diego, California, USA - JAN 5, 2017November 7th, 2014 - We’re slowly draining our glasses, coming close to the end here with the potent Hop the Ripa. My sniffer is fatigued, since I’m getting almost no aroma from this, but it must be there, because the taste is a circus of strong flavors. It features traditional Barleywine tastes, with an oaky edge, honey sweetness and plenty of booze to remind the drinker of its potency.
JohnnyJ (5819) - San Diego, California, USA - OCT 8, 2016On draft at the brewery. Dark amber, with an off white head. Caramel, citrus, bitterness, bread, malt, sweetness, and orange peel. Ok.

Dodgers101 (6) - - JAN 21, 2016 does not count This was probably my favorite in my flight. It is kind of hard to explain and I kept going back for more to explore this beer. Ended up buying a bottle. At first yogurt great aroma, then it gets very malty with lots of caramel. Then it finishes hoppy again. Pretty cool
