UPDATED: DEC 25, 2020 440ml can at the Rex Bar, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a clear dark brown colour with little life. The aroma is big chocolate, mineral light alcohol. The flavour is moderate sweet, with a slightly watery, lactose chocolate, liqourice bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with flat carbonation. Nice can but the beer is all over the place.

UPDATED: OCT 25, 2020 Roast and milk chocolate aroma. Dark brown body, light brown head. Heavy roast flavor, nice chocolate and some vanilla with an odd metallic finish and a hotter aftertaste than the ABV would imply.

UPDATED: OCT 19, 2020 Pours rich coffee brown with a thick tan head. Aroma provides sweet dark chocolate, roast malt, earthy and cacao hints. Flavor offers roast malt, sweet chocolate, coffee, cacao and vanilla tones with an earthy underpinning. Texture gives firm body and perky fizz. Enjoy, but please try not to get oiled.

UPDATED: OCT 6, 2020 4 pack of pints, canned 09/03/20. Ebony with a thin smattering of bubbles. Nose of cocoa powder, bread and cacao nibs. Tastes of bread, chocolate syrup, vanilla and a hint of peppery citrus zest. Medium-heavy bodied with smooth, mid-level carbonation. Pretty well balanced for a dessert styled brew.
