UPDATED: JUL 31, 2021 Bottle at a tasting. Cloudy yellow, creamy head. Spicy, phenolic, citrusy, funky, floral aromas. Moderately tart, lemony, notes of apricots, brett, spicy, peppery, funky, mild bitterness. Medium-bodied, dry, fizzy. Great stuff.

UPDATED: MAY 15, 2021 75cl bottle at home. Appearance: hazy yellowish straw with medium sized white head. Aroma: wild, funky, brett, lemon, white pepper, quite floral too. Taste: medium sweetness, above average bitterness and subtle acidity. Notes of lemon, grass, flowers, some honey, slightly herbal. Palate: medium bodied, watery texture and mild carbonation. Overall: very good!

Aroma of lime zest, orange peel, dank, hay, yeast, slight bitter lemon. Taste is medium sweet, moderate bitter with a moderate dry and sour finish. Notes of coriander, malt, orange peel, yeast, hay. Texture is oily, medium bodied with medium carbonation
