UPDATED: JUL 31, 2020 Wild funky earthy citrus aroma and flavor. Very complex and flavorful. Lots going on but still super drinkable.

UPDATED: JAN 8, 2020 From bottle. Light hazy golden orange color with white head. Malty and yeasty aroma, floral, citrus, light funk. Sweet, light bitter and light acidic taste. Light oily body with soft carbonation.

UPDATED: APR 24, 2019 Bottle. Cloudy straw color. Slight barnyard aroma. Some mild funk, not overpowering. Sweet pear and tangerine flavors with a dry finish. Simple but delicious.

UPDATED: MAR 19, 2019 On tap at Brewski on 18 March 2019 as part of Brewsvegas USA Pint of Origin event. Super expensive beer but well worth it. First time I have seen Hill Farmstead beers on tap in Australia - air freighted in especially for Brewsvegas. I had this beer for the name alone as Clara is the name of my next granddaughter who is due in a few weeks - just so happens to be a pretty tasty beer.
