UPDATED: MAY 26, 2020 Shared bottle. Pours a murky pale gold with an average white head. Aroma of tart fruit, funk, and wood. Taste is tart fruit, grapes, yeast, funk, and oak. Very good.

UPDATED: DEC 2, 2019 Bottle: Poured a golden color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of tart notes with some oak and Brett with light vinous notes is quite enticing. Taste is a great mix of tart notes with some oak and Brett notes with light vinous notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Very enjoyable saison but maybe not as complex as I had expected.

Fresh white grapes, light yeast, crisp wheat, lemon, milky, light herbal, gooseberry yoghurt, oats, soft tart lactic notes and citrus. Almost medium sweet, light bitter and sour. Medium bodied.

Tasted in a sampler glass at Greg's 2018 year-end bottle share, thanks! Mostly-clear golden colour with spritzy white foam, lasting with lace. Crisp and grainy, perfect earthy/herbal/peppery hop balance, mild oak essence, not overwhelming vanillin, a little funky with perfect amount of tartness and bright acidity. Light body, strong carbonation, nice fruity/spicy/tart aftertaste which finished dry. Really delicious.
