UPDATED: FEB 13, 2021 From bottle at home. Clear ruby color with off white head. Floral aroma, yeasty, honey, berries and raspberries, veggie herbal. Sweet taste. Light to medium oily body with soft carbonation.

UPDATED: AUG 5, 2019 Teku showing light plum red with quickly dissipating clean white foam. The nose shows intense notes of blueberries and raspberries. The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Lightly tart with juicy flavors of plum and blackberries throughout.

UPDATED: JAN 4, 2019 375ml bottle pours bright pinkish red with small off-pink head. Nose and taste have nice fruit, balanced berry notes, red wine, red grape, damp funk, layered barrel character, oak. Finishes with medium acidity, balanced funk, and subtle sweet berry notes. Yum!

UPDATED: JAN 16, 2019 Bottle thanks to Caleb. Pours hazy candy apple red, small pink head, dissipates fairly quickly, good lacing. Aroma is blue berries, funk, more berries, brett, oak, musty. Flavor is light plus tart, medium funk. Berries and funk. Medium body, obligatory soft mouthfeel.

Shared bottle. Pours a mostly clear bright red with a small pinkish head. Aroma of tart berries and wood. Taste is raspberry, blackberry, currant, some funk, and oak. Mild sweetness. Excellent.

Bottle. Murky pinkish-burgundy pour with a light pink-tinged head. Aroma is tart, blueberry and raspberry. Taste is less tart than expected, a hint of sweetness, dry balanced finish. Really flavourful.

Hazy red-purple color. Mild aroma of berries, manure. Smooth and dry mouthfeel, berry juice flavor, with some final astringency. The final is rather short.
Very good, it has some layers of complexity.

375ml bottle (thx, Jonathan J.!) shared at Alex’s with Jamey. Bottled in November 2016. Pours a purple with almost no head. Aroma is saddle, berries, slightly funky. Taste is similar, with some smokey and woody notes in aftertaste. Quite dry. Refreshing, quite good.

Bottle @ Dangerous Bottleshares, burb edition. Beautiful purplish pour with a small head. Notes of tart berries, raspberries, currants, light funk and a lingering tartness. Awesome stuff!
