UPDATED: AUG 19, 2021 375ml bottle. Pours a light gold with small amounts of white head. Soft white fruits with hints of sweetness and tartness. Medium to light body with stone fruits and tropical fruits. So many fruits at the front with light tartness and medium residual sugars.

UPDATED: JAN 18, 2021 Bottle, 375 ml at Miro B's Grande tasting. Shared with him, Max and JFK10000. Cloudy yellow, small white head. Nice pear aroma and flavour. Medium sourness. Juicy. Easy drinkable and not too complex. Light to medium bodied.

UPDATED: JAN 9, 2021 Golden color with a small white head that left light lacing on the glass. Pear, stone fruit, earth, wood, lemon, sour finish.

UPDATED: JUL 21, 2020 Bottle. Pours clear yellow, very small head, tiny lacing. Aroma is bugs, oak, white wine, lemon, pear. Flavor is light plus tart, light plus funk, nice fruit, wood. Light body, soft mouthfeel. Elegant.

UPDATED: MAR 20, 2020 375ml bottle. 2018 vintage. Heavy with tartish pear notes, saisony and vinous with some oak, farmyard and earthiness. Interesting, but not sure if the pear notes fit in. Feels quite cidery.

UPDATED: MAR 20, 2020 Bottle from a friend. Hazy yellow color, white head. Sour taste with citrus, pear, earthy notes, tart, a bit of acidic notes and oak. Sour finish with citrus, pear, tart, a bit of acidic notes, oak and grass. Very nice saison, but too much pear.

UPDATED: MAR 20, 2020 Sample at Tide's Residence, Helsinki. Color is cloudy deep golden with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Pear, fruits... lots of cidery elements. Weird.

Clear light to medium yellow colour with a small, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, pear, light wine - barrel, pear - stone fruit. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, tart, pear, sour, sweet malt, again i get also stone fruit (stone fruit - pear), dry, light wine - oak - barrel. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Balanced. [20191026]

UPDATED: OCT 26, 2019 Bottle. Pours cloudy golden/yellow with a white head. Aroma of sweet pears, bretty, flowery - juciy in a way, stonfruits - maby i get them confused with the pears, slgiht wheat, lactic. Sourish with loads of fruits wheat some brett. dry finish
