UPDATED: MAR 17, 2020 (Thanks Vin!) Clear golden appearance with a white head. Aroma of toasted grain, grassy hops, herbal/floral notes, mild earthiness and a light minerality. Similar flavor, adding mild malt sweetness and light hop bitterness. Light crisp body with a clean/dry feel and a delicate finish. Well done.

GDTRFB (7867) - Marblehead, Massachusetts, USA - DEC 11, 2019
UPDATED: DEC 11, 2019 Pours clear gold into a shaker. Bright white head with excellent retention recedes leaving spider lacing. Grass, hay and bread aromas. Crisp with citrus and fresh cut hay upfront turning to mild sourdough before the earthy lasting pith finish.

juiceisloose (3665) - Windermere, Florida, USA - NOV 16, 2019
UPDATED: NOV 16, 2019 12oz can. Pours a mostly clear golden color and capped by a thick off white layer of foam that settles quickly to a thin film. The aroma shows notes of herbs, grass, and citrus hops over a clean, pale malt base with notes of lager yeast. The flavor follows suit and is very herbal and grassy up front along with some citrus notes and backed up by the pale malts and a firm hop bitterness on the back end. Medium bodied with balanced carbonation that leads to a clean, crisp, and bitter sweet finish. I really like the citrus hops and bitterness in this one. Really damn good and easy drinking Pils. I could crush several of these.

HippyHop (1187) - Quebec, CANADA - AUG 19, 2019
UPDATED: AUG 19, 2019 Pint can. At first I was thinking this was about a 3.8 in my books, but the more I savour it, the more I fall in love. The nose is just... Wow. It's got the classic grassy/grainy Pils profile, but the grain complexity is so nice. It's got this really nice rustic vibe, hints of raw grain/cereals and honey, raw oatmeal. It smells like walking into the brewery itself. Taste is sweet grains/cereals, a touch of pepper, with a smooth, crisp finish that's modestly bitter. Like everything I've tried from HF it's just so smooth. At first I wanted it to be a bit more bitter but I'm not sure I would want to change this in any way... A beautiful rustic Pils.
