Nose has buttery grain. Soft, leafy hop. Honey. Taste is upfront sweet, with a slightly dry, herbal, grassy bitterness. Light to medium body. Very fine, foamy carbonation. This beer is served extremely cold, and is drinking great for it. Light, leafy, grassy bitterness to finish. Lovely beer.

Had about 5-7 glasses of this at the brewery and at FoFA 2018. It is near perfection in beer, and honestly I don't feel like i could do it justice with my words. Shaun is still king.

Taste is sweet honey, biscuit, oak, grass, and very light spice [7.5/10]. Bitter. Dry. Very tannic. Medium body. Moderate+ carbonation. Creamy mouthfeel. Somewhat too tannic.
