COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
For the next in our harvest season selections, we blended a selection of our Farmstead® ales—all of which spent more than a year in oaken rest—for pairing with red raspberries from the 2020 harvest season at Fisher Brothers Farm in Shelburne, Vt. This blending and pairing expresses a thoughtful representation of the fruit in season.

UPDATED: DEC 20, 2021 Red pink color with a small white head that left light lacing on the glass. Raspberry jam up front, earth, wood, pit, lemon, sour finish.

UPDATED: DEC 15, 2021 375ML. Split 2 ways. Gorgeous pour. Lovely pink rasperry juice appearance. Small off-pink head. The aroma is fantastic. Just raspberry purée, fruit salad, tart red wine. Oh boy, that’s sour. Very good but loads of raspberry, tart cherry, oak, red wine, lambic like bitterness and sour. Really nice but glad we’re splitting it.

UPDATED: OCT 18, 2021 Bottle care of Al, reddish pour with medium pinkish head. Sharp like most of this series, and the fact that’s it’s raspberry doesn’t help. Vinegar, perfume, raspberry candy, and lactic acid. Glad that I didn’t scoop any of these. Raspberry ketchup as it warms up.
