750ml bottle I pulled from the cellar for the DC guys, pours a clear, dark gold with some rocky white head. Nose has apricot, white stone fruit, white grape, neutral oak, butter. Flavor is tart with apricots and peach, lemon, funk, white wine vinegar, white grape. Finishes dry and tart.

Bottle from the September DC RB Tasting. Poured a hazy yellow color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was light citrus, touch of sour notes, delicate tartness. Light fruity notes, earthy hops, touch of grassy notes. Pleasant fizzy notes.

Straw gold pour with a head that lasts and laces. Tart aroma, lemon, oak, Brett. Puckering sourness dies down In the taste as this warms up and breathes a bit, lemon rind, underripe white grape, lighter oak notes, Brett. Lighter body with average carbonation.

Bottle pours hazy golden with a well formed white head. Aroma is great. Barnyard, tea, bright fruits. Flavor is mildly sweet, little yeasty, fruity. Medium body, prickly feel. Really solid.

A bottle, which I've been dying to try for a long time, courtesy of the incredibly generous AdamChandler. This is a great combination of the best bits of Hill Farmstead and SARA. It's got an unworldly aroma of funk and barnyard, with some light apple, cider, and white wine aromas. The funk continues, with a nice leather/fruit/floral/Brett taste, a light malt base, and a complex and delicate finish with a lot of wine barrel notes. If I could only drink one beer for the rest of my life, it would be something like this.

Magnum shared by AdamChandler. The flavor of sour citrus, sour malted wheat, over ripe fruits, a bit of acidic notes and grass.

The flavor has a white wine, presence that lingers through the the sip. The funk is Brettanomyces forward, have a mineral note with a super bone dry texture. Refreshing and easy to drink.
