Cloudy blond colour. Funky aroma, strong, some citrus peel. It seems a bit undercarbonated; quite strong acidity, and funk, with lemon, leading to a drier finish.
Excellent.

UPDATED: OCT 24, 2021 Poured from 750mL bottle (2018 vintage - bottled Aug 07, 2018). Hazy gold with small white head. Rustic saison yeast, funk, wine barrel, mild brett, touch of subdued pepper, slightly lacking in carbonation.

UPDATED: OCT 24, 2021 750ml (thx, Jacob B.!) on Alex's porch shared with Ryan. Appearance: hazy pale golden with a white head. Aroma: nice rustic and barrel notes. Taste: along the same lines, quite low carbo, minerally and funky. Overall: good, but would be much more prominent with a higher carbonation.

UPDATED: JUN 23, 2021 750ml bottle Pours out pale straw golden topped with a white fluffy head. Nose is funky farmhouse lots of floral notes some citrus a nice oak barrel. Tastes more of the funky notes barnyard a little green Apple plenty floral very good.

UPDATED: APR 28, 2020 Bottle fr the brewery. Pours lightly hazy gold with a creamy white head. Tastes like tart citrus, yeast, grassy, and faint floral. Light body and low/medium carbonation. Smells like grass, floral, yeast, and faint citrus.

Pours a lovely hazy golden with a medium frothy white head. Aromas of farmhouse, floral notes, jasmine, green apples, citrus, barrel notes, minerals. Taste is fruity and floral with oak character and some mineral tones. Mouthfeel is fairly light bodied with moderate carbonation, sparkling and dry. Stellar.

Pours cloudy apricot with medium high fluffy white head. Aromas of funk, barnyard, oranges, lemon zest, white wine oak barrel, slightly floral and hints of tart fruityness. Taste has light funky notes of citrusy fruits, hints of barnyard, green grapes, hints of green apples, oak barrel. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, light tart with average carbonation and low bitterness

Shared bottle. Tart citrus fruits, mineral, zest, pears, grain and light barnyard. Light softness of wine barrel. Zesty and delicious
