Grumpelmies (963) - GERMANY - FEB 14, 2021UPDATED: FEB 14, 2021 Bottle. Almost clear a.k.a. slightly cloudy amber/orange sporting a firm white head. Aroma of brown sugar, malts, candied fruits, vanilla, clove and assorted herbs. Taste is all that plus apricots, hints of apples, caramel, raisins, spices and honey. Moderate bitterness. Medium carbonation. Mouthfeel is kind of sticky. It’s a little bit boozy and probably more than capable of creating an impressive headache if consumed irresponsibly. Good stuff. Improves immensely with time.
