The aroma is stale dank hops, light resin, tropical citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate bitter with a crisp, malt, fruity, light dry woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

330 ml bottle bought at HK Brewcraft in Central.

Looks: Translucent amber honey colour with a very faint trace of dirt-like yeast sediments; Three and a half finger head with crumpety off-white foam which lasts for 6 minutes; Excellent sticky lacing with active slight carbonation.

Aroma: Fragrant full Ale malt, with grains, grapefruits, citrus, yellow fruits, caramel, floral, sugar, spices, pine, dry biscuits, lemon and strong grass.

Taste: Close to medium sweet Ale malt, with grapefruits, citrus peels, light caramel, floral, sugar, spices, strong herbs, pine, earth, biscuits, lemon, mid to strong bitter hops and grass.

Body: Medium body. Dry and slick palate.

Mouth Feel: Very good Ale maltyness in a solid background. Malty as well as hoppy, with caramel intertwines with strong citrus peels and grapefruits. Flowery with medium sweetness. Spicy, strong herbal bitter with fair pine. Biscuity with strong lemon to round. Solid!

Hoppiness: Grapefruits, citrus, yellow fruits, floral, spices, pine, lemon and strong grass in nose.Citrus peels, grapefruits, floral, spices, strong herbs, pine, earth, lemon and grass in taste; Bitterness is quite strong for a lasting, mid-to-high astringent full Ale malty finish.

After Taste: Dry. Herbal citrusy and bitter to mouth.

Comments: This one is both malty as well as hoppy, in a somewhat subtle manner. The caramel malt and herbal grapefruits hops are penetrating but not up to top level. A solid IPA but not spectacular.

From bottle in IPA glass. Pours orangish amber with thin head and aroma that’s more malt than hops. Quite tasty with nice malt/hop balance and a modest bitter finish

Golden, hazy colour poured from a bottle into a schooner glass with a centimetre of bubbly head. Quite a tropical fruit taste with spicy hop flavours. Lingering bitter aftertaste.
