mcberko (34280) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - NOV 27, 2021UPDATED: NOV 27, 2021 On tap at Holy Mountain, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of aged oak and some rustic saison yeast. Flavour is quite buggy, with lots of wild yeast, aged oak, and some spicy yeast. Carbonation is quite high but fitting, and there’s some residual sweetness that seems a touch high. Overall, quite good. The yeast profile is great, but the sweetness is a bit too high.
