UPDATED: JAN 3, 2022 On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear light gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has light fruits and a bit of melon with hints of dates and a sweet grain backbone. Flavor has light earthy melon and a bit of licorice with sweet fruits, dates and sweet grains backing.

UPDATED: DEC 27, 2021 Slight haze, thin head, pale amber/tan colour. Bretty, nice orangey note, marmalade and honey. Well balanced, of course.

UPDATED: NOV 27, 2021 Taster shared with Matt. Appearance: a bit hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: nice and fresh fruity notes. Taste: along the same lines, nice malty character, Overall: very nice.

UPDATED: NOV 27, 2021 On tap at Holy Mountain, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of aged oak and some rustic saison yeast. Flavour is quite buggy, with lots of wild yeast, aged oak, and some spicy yeast. Carbonation is quite high but fitting, and there’s some residual sweetness that seems a touch high. Overall, quite good. The yeast profile is great, but the sweetness is a bit too high.
