Dogbrick (17956) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - FEB 8, 2019UPDATED: FEB 8, 2019 This beer is a slightly cloudy orange-gold color with a thin white head that recedes quickly to a sparse outer ring. Spotty lacing. Aroma of oak, citrus, yeast and malt. Light-bodied with a vinous oak character and notes of lemon, herbal yeast and doughy malt. The finish is oaky and tart with a wine and citrus aftertaste. Above average overall.

Notes of lemon, white grapes, oak, vanilla, pineapple, apricot, vinegar, white peach, funk, and wine. Light-medium bodied, with modest carbonation and a tart, fruity, acidic mouthfeel. A little undercarbed and a little too high on the vinegar quotient, but pretty good overall.
