COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Mainly available bottle conditioned. Has also appeared occasionally in cask.
Same recipe as bottled Spring Zing, though without Styrian Goldings, and with more lemongrass.
A fantastic pale gold colour with hints of lemon grass and coriander. A perfect companion to any oriental meal.

UPDATED: OCT 24, 2019 (Cask at Kitty's, 20191024) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was small, white and it lasted long. Aroma had fruitiness, lemongrass and earth. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, lemongrass, earth, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was earthy and bitter. A bit gimmicky brew with nice notes, too.

500ml bottle in 2012. Really pale golden with a thin white head. Aroma of lemongrass, floral hops, mild tea and caramel. Flavour is delicate and a bit lacking in depth.

BlackHaddock (12580) - The County Time Forgot, Shropshire, ENGLAND - MAR 14, 2018
Cask half-pint in the Lych Gate Tavern, Wolverhampton on 9th March 2018. Golden pour, white head with lacing. Subtle stuff this Lemongrass; refreshing enough, but it's a summer beer or to have with food. Scored objectively.

danlo (8048) - Darlington, Durham, ENGLAND - FEB 10, 2018
500ml bottle. 4.2%. Gluten Free. Pale golden colour, white foam head leaving lacing and vegetal, lemongrass aroma. Taste is pale malt, grain with notes of lemongrass and citric bitterness. Light bodied, soft carbonation, dry bitter finish. OK.

Bottle. Yellow Gold. Thin, light, refreshing, lemon–citrusy pale beer. Some hop bitterness. Short dry lemony finish. (2008)

jookos (8492) - FINLAND - OCT 5, 2016
Cask@angle. Shiney pale gilden clear. Some floral, citrus on nose, pale malts. Bit old stale malty feel. Some florals, very weak tho. Dunno, feels like a old gone ale. Apple zest, bitter tannins. Not good.
