jjsint (6133) - Leicester, Leicestershire, ENGLAND - APR 27, 2018Handpull cask at the Marquis Wellington, Leicester. Golden brown, clear with a tight white head and lots of lacing. Dried grass, pear skin, TCP in the uncompromising aroma. Tastes quite astringent among the fruity bittersweet hop notes. Slightly acrid flavours in the aftertaste but there's a pleasant floral flavour buoying it up. Not my cup of tea but nice to find this here.
