UPDATED: JAN 14, 2018 Enjoyed at the brewpub on my 2017 Quebec Beer Run (with the poutine as seen in my picture). Pours a cloudy golden colour with a white fizzy head and a little lace. Tropical fruits scent with orange notes. Mild yeast tartiness in the mouthfeel. A mix of tropical fruits in the taste as well, with a little sourness in the middle. An interesting fruity Weiss beer.

Arômes de fruit de la passion. Bel équilibre entre fraîcheur et acidité. Excellente berliner weise de soif!

500ml bottle shared with Guillaume. Aroma: wheat, lemon and a tad of sulfure. App: hazy straw, small white head, little lacing. Taste and palate: light body, fizzy, light citrusy in mouth, watery, light sweetness, dry acidity finish. Overall: there is something in the taste that I can’t put my finger on. Kinda watery. Something weird in this palate which makes it a bit hard to swallow. Won’t buy again.

Bottle. A: citrusy, wheat. App: hazy pale smallish white head. T/p: thin body with moderate long acidic finish. Moderate carbonation. O: aroma is a bit simple, it could score higher if more tart. Decent, simply not memorable enough to be buy again in its actual formulation.
