UPDATED: SEP 14, 2021 Wygląd: Barwa czarna, nieprzejrzysta. Piana brązowa, niska, drobnopęcherzykowa, szybko opada do małego pierścienia, nie pozostawia lacingu. Po zamieszaniu szkłem zauważalna gęsta faktura. Aromat: Przed szereg wysuwa się wiśnia z nutą marmolady śliwkowej na średniowysokim poziomie przełamane kukułkami, kakao, melasą, pralinami, czekoladą deserowa, ciemnym ciastem, chlebem razowym na tym samym poziomie. W tle subtelny, szlachetny alkohol. Smak: Na pierwszym planie chleb razowy, melasa, kakao, gorzka czekolada na średniowysokim poziomie, kontrowane średnią wiśnią z nutą marmolady śliwkowej. Całość wsparta średnimi pralinami, kukułką oraz nutą kawy i wyraźniejszym niż w aromacie szlachetnym alkoholem na niskim poziomie. Pojawia się porzeczkowo - ziemista nuta chmielowa. W ustach słodkie, treściwość średniowysoka, pełna, oleista, mączna, wysycenie niskie oraz średnioniskie rozgrzewanie alkoholowe. Goryczka średnioniska, gorzkiej czekolady z nutą alkoholu, krótka. Finisz półsłodki, czekolady gorzkiej z wiśnią.

Appearance: pours clear dark brown with good beige soapy head and lacing. aroma/taste: light caramel, coffee, chocolate, alcohol, light tar, light ash, wood and earthy notes. palette: strong roasted malty aroma, average carbonation, full body, notable sweetness, somewhat balanced by a medium bitterness, long duration, semi-sweet finish and an oily texture. Overall: Intense highly roasted imp stout

UPDATED: JAN 1, 2021 12 ounce bottle at The Winking Lizard in Peninsula Ohio. Smell the sweet malt. Black in color with very little off white head. Taste the sweet malt. Smooth for 9.4 percent alcohol. Thick and easy drinking. Malt and a little alcohol burn. Very, Very nice! Cheers!

UPDATED: DEC 26, 2020 12oz Flasche. Dunkelbraun, fast schwarz. Cremiger brauner Schaum. Kaffe Röstmalzduft. Etwas brandy. Weicher Antrunk. Milchkaffe, Röstmalz, geröstete Haselnüsse. Für mich etwas flach und zu trocken im Abgang.

UPDATED: NOV 28, 2020 0.355l bottle. Black body with a thin brown head. Robust chocolate and coffee notes in the aroma with some nutmeg, grassy hops and even some caramel and ash. Taste of chocolate, coffee, lots of grassy hops, nutmeg, bourbon and smoke. The booze is definitely there but only to reassure you that this is not a session beer at all. The body is thick and silky. Very nice.

UPDATED: NOV 21, 2020 Bomber from Tavour. Near black pour, ring of brown head. Aroma is chocolate and roasty malts. Taste is sweet, chocolate, roast. Simple but so deep. Slick feel from the oats. Wonderfully smooth with a nice warm, bitter finish.

UPDATED: SEP 19, 2020 Aromas harsh cigar smoke charcoal oak bourbon chocolate dark malts oats oatmeal. Taste is dark wort syrup oats oatmeal dark chocolate dark malts roasted malts charcoal cigar smoke bourbon oak malted barley chocolate malted balls toffee wort sugars and toasted caramel. Overall, very solid stuff.
