UPDATED: SEP 17, 2021 Liquide noir avec mousse très abondante compacte et persistante. Nez café tonka chocolat caramel ! En bouche, c'est onctueux soyeux avec une attaque caramel café chocolat débouchant sur une belle amertume cacao boisé avec une pointe de réglisse ! Exceptionnelle bière !!!

UPDATED: JAN 26, 2021 Nez: Chocolat, fève Tonka Bouche: Café, fruits noirs, chocolat noir, fève Tonka, alcool Une 'Bière Gourmande et Torréfiée' de couleur et de texture 'pétrole' avec une légère mousse brunâtre et une faible carbonatation. Au nez, c'est dominé par la fève Tonka qui est accompagnée d'une pointe chocolatée. En bouche, c'est très crémeux. L'attaque est sur des notes de café et de chocolat noir. La fève Tonka arrive rapidement pour prendre le dessus et en fin de bouche, amère, il y a une longueur sur des notes de fruits noirs avec un léger piquant venant de l'alcool. Coffee, tonka bean indeed, black chocolate, light licorice, light caramel. Medium to heavy round sweet, light sugary such as a dessert ; medium to sharp dry bitter, gourmet ; cheerful warming atmosphere, light spicy. Good voluptuous body, smooth oily texture, flat, chocolate tonka round warming finish. Overall, delicious !

UPDATED: AUG 13, 2020 Nez fumé et très chocolaté. Texture épaisse. Surprenant en bouche avec une attaque fumée/café puis plus ronde avec fèves de tonka, longue en bouche. Pas d'excès d'ethanol. Un peu trop écoeurante
