COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our IPA is created from a base of Pale and Crystal malts and is aggressively hopped throughout the brewing process with a final hop addition in the conditioning vessel. A beautiful flowery hop aroma will greet you as you dive into this hop lover’s dream. A middle caramel malt presence balances high hop bitterness with hop flavor end to end... learn to love hops! (Editor’s Note: originally brewed by Humboldt Brewing Company under the name "Humboldt IPA Nectar" until their acquisition by Firestone Walker.)

BrewSpot (84) - Zhengzhou, CHINA - JUN 27, 2019
UPDATED: JUN 27, 2019 Can in tulip (bottled on 08162018) Aroma: tropical fruit (mango, passion fruit, pineapple), but heavy metal scent (may come from the fact this beer is close to expiration) Appearance: Honey color, foamy white head with good retention Flavor: high bitterness with citrus note and sweetness from fruit, flavor profile is well-balanced, but lack of level Mouthfeel: medium CO2 level, smooth finish, not too bitter nor dry with finish Overall: this can of beer is not as good, but I would like to try another can of this beer .

Jabah (2479) - Fairfax, Virginia, USA - APR 19, 2019
UPDATED: APR 19, 2019 Pretty sure I had this before and forgot to review. Saw on clearance for $1 at ABC Liquor so decided to sample again. About how I remember. Has some decent bitter hop for a 6.7% IPA, but still leaning towards the sweet/malty side in balance. The hops opens up as you get further into the sample, but the first few sips are a little too sweet. I agree this this is more East Coast/New England style vs. the West Coast that you would expect from a CA brewer. Has potential and one that has potential to be more...just can't rate it that high at this point.

12oz bottle at home. Clear amber with a foamy off-white head. Citrus and floral hops, caramel malts add some sweetness. Nicely dank and bitter finish.

Pours a hazed amber, delicate ivory head. Aroma of peach, fresh fruit, apricot, notes of pine/spruce. Medium bodied. I expected more of a punch than I got. Just some more peach, piney hops and a brief biscuit finish.

DenverLogan (2900) - Burien, Washington, USA - DEC 15, 2016
From a 12oz bottle into a North Coast chalice. Pours amber with head and lace. Aroma of fresh bread dough, amber malts, slight caramel. Medium carbonation and mouthfeel. Flavors of amber malts, slight caramel and powder sugar, floral and straw hops, slight white pepper, hay. Overall creamy rich and generally pleasant.

CObiased (690) - Bayfield, Colorado, USA - NOV 30, 2016
12oz bottle - pours darker that expected, like a rich amber honey color with a thin off white head. A lot of caramel with bitter citrus and pine hops. Taste is reminiscent of an English IPA with more depth in malt character and American hop punch. Sweet malts

Faint aromas of bread, toffee and burnt sugar. Copper with thick head. Thick resinous taste with bitter end. Nectar like. Not bad, but not very drinkable.
