Slightly cloudy yellow gold in color, low carbonation. Aroma of champagne, cider… Flavor is light on the cider, fairly watery and dry, lots of champagne notes, not a ton of carbonation which I feel detracts a bit… Decent at best ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: JUN 4, 2021 375ml bottle and took a few bruises attempting to pull the stupid cork out. Light cloudy gold, some bubbles but no head. Aroma of fruity sour apples with a certain aged quality to it. Taste is dry sour apples, medium sticky body, low carbonation. Fairly decent if unremarkable except for the cork from hell.

UPDATED: FEB 28, 2020 Fiskåbanen 150120. Golden -yellow color with a white bubbles. Aroma is sourness, apples. Flavor is dry , apples, funk, sourness. OK cider.

UPDATED: DEC 15, 2019 Dark golden pour. Sweet apple and green Apple nose. Pronounced sour apple taste with a slightly sweet apple peel palate.

UPDATED: APR 19, 2019 Bottle from Wine Reserve, Cobham. My views on this cider may have been affected by the fact that it took three of us to get the plastic cork out. It just wasn't budging. Pungent sour apple peel aroma. Pale gold. Slightly hazy. No head. Sour apple with vinous hints. Light bodied. Thin. A tad chalky. Flat carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. A cider. A dry cider.

UPDATED: MAR 24, 2019 Draught at Grand Army: pours hazy gold with a white head. Aroma is earthy, funky, apple and stuff. Taste is pretty dry. Earthy. Lightly funky. Slightly tart.

Endelig mandag igjen, og vi er klar for kveldens første cider her på Cardinal (sept-18): lett uklar strågul nesten uten skum. Tørr aroma og smak av epler (no surprise there) og ikke så mye annet. Nesten astringerende i avslutningen. Frisk men en smule forglemmelig.

Shared bottle at Mi2 at Cardinal 17.09.18. Translucent pale straw colour. No head. Interesting aroma of wild apple zest, leather, sulphur and barnyard. Sour and interesting taste of wild apples, apple zest and acid. Dry and astringent mouthfeel.

UPDATED: SEP 17, 2018 Aroma of apple, earth cellar. Dry nice taste, apple citrus and banana. Very elegant.

Bottle pours out straw color topped with a white head. Nose is over ripe apples some earthy notes spice and funky lacto maybe. Taste is more of the nice over ripe apples some funky notes and a little floral.
