UPDATED: DEC 29, 2018 750ml bottle, thanks Otso! Sweet, slick and slightly roasty with loads of maple syrup, vanilla, bourbon, oak, toffee, hints of coconut, rye and sticky sweetness. Quite sweet but super well balanced pastry stout. A great dessert stout.

juiceisloose (3665) - Windermere, Florida, USA - DEC 26, 2018
UPDATED: DEC 26, 2018 750ml bottle. Pours nearly pitch black in color and topped by a thin tan colored head of foam that settles quickly to a thin film. The aroma is really nice and shows notes of dark chocolate, dark roasted coffee, maple, bourbon oak, and toasted vanilla over a dark roasted malt base and a hint of spicy rye. The flavor follows suit with notes of dark chocolate, rich vanilla, and maple sweetness right up front and followed by the roasted coffee bitterness and bourbon laden oak and a touch of spicy rye from the barrel. Maple and marshmallow start to come out even more as it warms up and shows no signs of heat from the alcohol at all. Full bodied and silky smooth with soft carbonation that leads to a sweet maple syrup, rich toasted vanilla, and smooth roasted coffee on the finish with lingering notes of dark chocolate and oak from the barrel. Very sweet and really good especially in a small pour. Dangerously drinkable for 17% abv tho. This is definitely one to sip and share with friends. Awesome beer overall and a real pleasure to try.

Gęsty i gładziutki, deser czekoladowy z kokosem, kawą i wanilią. Do tego masa słodyczy syropu klonowego. Finisz z posmakiem bourbonu. Pralinka w płynie.

kraddel (10779) - Antwerp, BELGIUM - AUG 5, 2018
Pours black, medium tanned head. Smell is a bit barrel-forward. Intense, roasty, dark chocolate. Taste is full, maple-forward, intensely so. Sweet, dark chocolate, coconut undertone. Vanilla is noticable towards the end. Silky body, low carbo. Very nice! mild spices towards the end (are there even spices in here ? ) perhaps some very, very gentle cinnamon in there as well.
