UPDATED: JUL 9, 2021 Bottle tasted. Poors dark golden with a medium foamy white head. Malty with some herbal and yeast. Malty with herbs, pepper spices with stone fruits and a slightly citrusy with zest taste. Medium body medium carbonated silky mouthfeel sour finish with stable funky aftertaste. More saison than IPA.

UPDATED: APR 23, 2021 Robe trouble, laiteuse, carbo bien abondante, mousse abondante et tenace (4cm), ivoire. Nez houblonné, fruité et agrumes. Attaque amère, amertume très persistante, beaucoup de fruits, levure (texture soyeuse, douce), écorce d'agrumes.
