UPDATED: JUN 18, 2020 Bottle @Birrifugio Trastevere (Rome). Dorata carica, mediamente torbida, schiuma bianca media, discretamente persistente. Al naso note cerealose, di lievito, citriche, floreali, leggero miele millefoglie. In bocca è dolce all'attacco, con chiusura amara a bilanciare, non molto complessa a dire il vero. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Delude un po' in bocca.

UPDATED: JUL 7, 2019 330ml bottle pours golden cloudy orange with thin off-white head. Aromas of stone fruit, caramel malt and grain. Tastes of pale malt, straw, honey, spicy hops, Belgian yeast and floral characters. Medium bodied with mild citrus bitterness and a hint of tartness in the finish. Earthy, well-balanced Belgian farmhouse saison.

UPDATED: JUN 8, 2019 Bottle picked up at Party Source, from notes. Pours a hazy golden color with a medium sized off white head. The aroma and flavor have pale and grainy malts, grass, light citrus, herbal, farmhouse funk, dry, good.

UPDATED: JUN 2, 2019 Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Fruity and yeasty aroma with citrus, pale malt, peppery yeast, mild spicy and herbal nuances, fruit peel. Flavour is moderate hoppy bitterness and mild sweetness. Body is medium. Subtle, fruity and enormously drinkable Saison. Solid!

UPDATED: MAY 20, 2019 Belle saison, assez 'lourde'. Très rafraîchissante malgré sa sécheresse. un peu terreuse et on ressent bien le houblonnage. Sympa!

UPDATED: MAR 7, 2019 33 cl fles. Wazig goudblond bier met wit schuim. Geur: mout, wat yoghurt, hop, wat floraal, gist. Smaak: licht hopbitter, wat citrus, licht kruidig, ietwat grassig. Romig mondgevoel. Goede koolzuurprikkel. Afdronk: licht bitter.

UPDATED: FEB 17, 2019 0,33 l bottle. Pours hazy golden with medium frothy off white medium lasting head and some yeast floating. Aroma is floral and grassy, dough, some straw, slightly peppery and some malt in the background. Taste is low sweet and medium bitter, quite dry. Body is medium, slick mouthfeel and carbonation average. Finish is quite long mellow bitter straw like flavor persists for a while. I miss more farmhouse like stuff, but still a very nice beer.

UPDATED: NOV 25, 2018 Kolor złoty, prawie klarowny. Piana biała wysoka o długim czasie redukcji. Zdobienia zadowalające. Aromat: nuty słodko slodowe, trochę akcentów trawiastych z delikatnym owocowym muśnięciem, odrobiną kurzu, może nawet ziemi. W smaku podobnie, słodka, nawet miodowa słodowość. Tym razem mniej nut owocowych i tych ziemistych. Smak trochę pusty, słaby. Finisz z chmielową, trawiastą goryczką. Ta jest wyraźna, dość długa. Wysycenie wysokie do średniego, ciało średnie, trochę za niskie.
