Clear amber - brown beer, tiny tan head. Smooth and slightly viscous palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Soft creamy malts, tiny bit of caramel. Smooth fruity bourbon, touch of oak induced vanilla. A little ripe fruit and modest tingling spice on the smooth finish. Nice BBA barleywine and pretty drinkable but it never really sings.

Zlotta (7579) - Hagen, GERMANY - NOV 9, 2019
UPDATED: NOV 9, 2019 Sampled from 0.33 l bottle from 'Het Biermoment', bottled in November 2016, cellared for almost two-and-a-half years. Slightly hazy, dark brownish amber. Sweetish-malty, slightly fruity aroma of molasses, caramel, raisins, vanilla and bourbon. Gently sweet, malty, slightly bitter, moderately fruity taste of caramel, molasses, dark honey, vanilla, raisins and bourbon, followed by a medium long, moderately bitter, warming and a bit boozy finish. Full body, oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Tasty, not too aggressive, still a little one-dimensional.

No panie, ten aromat to rozkłada na łopatki.
