UPDATED: SEP 17, 2021 interesting on paper (re description), but not easy to make. Being said they did a good job. Softer and busy in stages. True flavors come in solid. Nice moderate body all the way around. Good finish ending clean and soft with just a bit of pleasant linger. Good malt character wafting. Real nice aroma. some astringent character.

UPDATED: DEC 2, 2018 On tap at Jimmy’s Fireside American Grill in Bordentown, NJ. Honey gold pour. Small creamy beige head. Fragrant spicy malt nose is redolent of lavender and honey. Flavor follows nose with additional notes of white pepper and ginger. Complex and spicy throughout. Interesting and enjoyable!

I poured it from the crowler into a mug. It pours golden with a white head. The aroma is heavy on the lavender with some honey. The taste is honey, lavender, soap, lemon, and wheat. I felt the lavender was a bit much here. It was okay. There's definitely better choices from this brewery though.

Heavy handed lavender and ginger additions dominate the flavor and aroma. Some light yeast and peppery hops creep in as the glass warms. Pours a pure clear golden with a slight white head. Ok.

Pint draft. Poured an ok looking hazed brownish gold with a foamy white head. Aroma of floral petals, dry honey comb, lavender, dry bread, perfumey and potpourri. Flavor is similar but perfumey bready with lots of lavender and potpourri. Medium body lighter carbonation that leads to a softer body feel.
