nimbleprop (12943) - Southeast, Washington, Washington DC, USA - MAY 4, 2015750ml bottle pours a lightly hazy gold with some creamy white head. Nose has plenty of dusty brett, honey, some celery, mild biscuit, orange jam, some green bell pepper. Flavor has more pepper, candlewax, celery, honey, some dried lemon peel, a little buttery. Grating finish, which is a bit of a shame.

>> Pours full haze, glowing straw. Nose is fresh peach, bright fresh pineapple. Taste is bitter, hoppy, pineapple, mild Brett, mild paper. Palate is aerated, dry, mild concrete. Totally different than the normal. In a way, the non Brett version I prefer with the fresh grist character.
Reynolds314 (3472) - Connecticut, USA - FEB 22, 2014Really dirt brett beer. Tons of grainyness, light tartness, and straight up funk. A lot of wet cardboard and wet wood with some tannic qualities. Unique.
