750ml bottle pours a lightly hazy gold with some creamy white head. Nose has plenty of dusty brett, honey, some celery, mild biscuit, orange jam, some green bell pepper. Flavor has more pepper, candlewax, celery, honey, some dried lemon peel, a little buttery. Grating finish, which is a bit of a shame.

Bottle at James’ for a tasting with Ferris and Kraddel. Pours a clear gold with a thin white head. Soft honey, musk, yeast. Medium bodied, musk and yeast, light tartness, musk and chewy wheat. Musky, wheat and a bit of tang. Long musk and a touch of acid and funk into the finish. Very tasty.

750ml bottle in a tulip. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of light tartness/funk, some pale malts, some light fruits, and sweetness from the honey. Flavor the same with a nice blend of everything. Average texture. A pretty cool beer.

750 ml bottle shared by MaxxxDaddy at the Grand Tasting of RBWG14- thanxx, Max! Pours a pale, hazed apricot color with a small, wispy white head. Very subtle overall - wildflower, honey, straw, bretty funk, sweet malts, and spicy grains. Light-medium bodied, with moderate carbonation and a dry, funky mouthfeel. Good saison.

[ Bottle ][ RBWG Asheville Grand Tasting ][ 750mL ][ Globe ][ Free ][ 2/8/14 ]
>> Pours full haze, glowing straw. Nose is fresh peach, bright fresh pineapple. Taste is bitter, hoppy, pineapple, mild Brett, mild paper. Palate is aerated, dry, mild concrete. Totally different than the normal. In a way, the non Brett version I prefer with the fresh grist character.

Really dirt brett beer. Tons of grainyness, light tartness, and straight up funk. A lot of wet cardboard and wet wood with some tannic qualities. Unique.

Bottle shared by Maxdaddy at RBWG. Pours a hazy yellow golden color with a small white head. The aroma and flavor have herbal notes, dry Brett, funk, light citrus, hay, a splash of honey, subtle differences between this and the regular version.
