UPDATED: JAN 7, 2022 Draft. Rich amber beer with a cream head. Light malt aroma. Light caramel and light hay flavor. Medium bodied. Caramel and light mineral linger with light hay.

UPDATED: DEC 20, 2021 Pours a clear amber color with a slight off white fluffy head that fades fast leaving no lace. Carmel & toast aromas. Tastes a bit bready. Smooth crisp and clean. Not bad!

UPDATED: DEC 13, 2021 Clear slightly nutty amber with a fast fading white head. Slightly biscuity and gently toasty kiss. Crisp clean amber toasty malty flavor that’s light and mellow with a gentle bock-y roast. Just a hint of earthiness.

UPDATED: OCT 10, 2021 Can. Poured clear brown color with an average frothy tan head that lasted with very good lacing. Moderate toasted malt aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Moderate sweet flavor with a moderate sweet finish of medium duration. This beer met my expectations.

UPDATED: AUG 27, 2021 Taps clear caramel with a fair buff head. Aroma features toasted malt and a hint of caramel. Flavor provides toasty malt, sweet caramel and subtle fruity tones. Texture gives good body and peppy fizz. Bock this down your craw.

UPDATED: JUL 17, 2021 Unusual but very Texan, albeit in McAllen far from Houston, thihs seeming microbrew betrays none of its InBev control. Odd 25-oz can size with striking livery previews a lively , refresheing, yet substantively malty Vienna. Not bad (25 oz can, MFE)

UPDATED: MAR 27, 2021 Bottle at saltgrass. Drank straight from the bottle. Light grain aroma. Some caramel. Grain flavor with leaves and a fair bitterness. Low sweetness. Light bodied.

UPDATED: SEP 30, 2020 Clear medium brown with a white head. Aroma is earthy, toasty and floral. Taste is light/medium sweet and light bitter.

UPDATED: AUG 8, 2020 Crawford Bock has a very thick, spongy, ivory head, a clear, amber appearance, with some lacing. The aroma is of toasted malt/bread crust. The flavor is rather dull malt and light bread, and it's not bitter, in any way, as expected. Crawford Bock has a light-to-medium body and a crisp finish. RJT
