Twas the 12 days of IPAs, and there wasn't a spirit in sight. Instead stood ahead 12 tasty IPAs filled with hops and malts. With each opening of a new bottle came new flavors to burst right below your mistletoe. Some days hazy and other days West Coast style, all with enough hops to go around for family, friends, and celebrations to last until next December.
UPDATED: JAN 3, 2022 Copper pour, finger of light khaki foam. Nose is malt and earthy hops. Middle is biscuit, floral, touch marmalade, earthy hoppiness. Finish is more of the same with the medium bitterness hanging out a bit. Not bad.
UPDATED: DEC 4, 2021 Pours a clear amber, significant carbonation, with 3/4 inch of off-white foam. Aroma is hoppy and piney. Taste is the same, but a bit thin compared to what I was expecting. Good, but not great.
