COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed in collaboration with Reverence Barrel Works, and organized by the Indigenous Brew Crew, this Saison is the perfect beer for warm spring afternoons. Fermented with a strain of wild yeast harvested off a blackberry, it boasts orange and clove slight note of cinnamon on the finish. To learn more about this beer visit indigenousbrewday.ca. UPDATED: DEC 29, 2021 [Can (355ml)] Pours a slightly hazy bubbly gold with a large lasting fluffy white head. Minimal lacing. Aroma of yeast, bubblegum, pepper, fruit, herbs and malt. Slightly sweet flavour of yeast and bubblegum along with hints of herbs and pepper. Average bodied. Pretty good.
