Taste is farmhouse funk, apple, barrel, oaky, vanilla, with white wine notes, some tart acidity and drying woody tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tart woody finish. Nicely drinkable.

UPDATED: DEC 28, 2021 375ml bottle from Beerdome. Pours a misty dull golden haze. Bright wild floral woody nose, good mixed ferm suggestions. Taste sees this come to life nicely, really interesting mixed ferm blend, captivating wild fruity nuances with a good oak barrel influence, some white wine hints lingering on the finish. Excellent wild cider.
