UPDATED: JAN 10, 2022 44cl Blik van De Laat. Amber kleur, witte kraag. Hoppig, hars, wat steenvruchten, toffee, rogge, medium zoet, bittere finish, iets bloemig. Lichte tot medium body. Lekker.

UPDATED: DEC 5, 2020 440ml can from the Rex Bar, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a hazy light reddish brown colour with a mostly lasting frothy off white head and some broken lace. The aroma is grainy malt, biscuit dough, toffee caramel. The flavour is moderate sweet, light bitter, with a crisp, fruity, toffee, resinous, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

UPDATED: SEP 28, 2020 Can shared in Canary Wharf - cheers to Fergus. Pours hazy orange with a creamy, off-white head. Lightly tangy, with hints of smoke, toasted grains, orange peel. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Interesting. Not bad.

UPDATED: MAR 28, 2020 440 ml can at home. Pours an enticing reddish orange with a medium off white head. Nose is a little thin and muted tropical fruit and bread. Flavour is slightly watery tropical fruit, grapefruit, spicy, bready.

UPDATED: JAN 23, 2020 Can shared at the Columbus tasting 19/12/2019. From Brewdog Online A hazed reddy orange coloured pour with a lasting loose beige head. Aroma is semi sweet, honey, red malts, raisin, grape, apple, Nutty. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, chalky, reddy malt, tobacco, honey, grape, raisin, cake. Light oak. Palate is semi sweet, raisn, highish carboantion. .

19Dec2019 Grain and cereal malts, orange peel, pine, resin, mango peel. Hazy brown, small, creamy, beige head. Light bitter. More dank tropical fruits, bitter mango, pine, resin, marmalade, soft carbonation, medium bodied. Very nice. Can at L6 Tasting, London.

UPDATED: DEC 23, 2019 Can split at L6, thanks to Fergus, 19/12/19. Hazed golden amber with a decent off white head. Nose is sweet malts, citric zest, candied orange peel, fruit loaf. Taste comprises caramel malts, bitter orange , citric tinged straw, light breads, pine needle. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with balanced earthy hop bitterness. Solid for the sub genre of IPA.

UPDATED: NOV 21, 2019 CAN Dark amber with leggy cap of taupe foam; caramel, pepper + orange marmalade on the nose; toffee, then Cointreau, pine sap, slice spice, dank + slight burnt grass; creamy + chewy. 4 4 4 4 4.25 Nicely old school West Coast. Rye provides perfect bit of scratch. Maybe a bit over dry hopped, but tough to fault this. Kinnegar execute so well, I wish they’d push the boat out more recipe-wise. This could be Red Rocket/Lucky 13 transcendentally good, if it were just juicier + bumped the rye a bit (18%, I hear.) But there’s something to be said for safe + reliable...

UPDATED: SEP 25, 2019 can, brewdog online. reddish hazy. kinda nice dry rye maltyness, bit of fruityness, and pines to match. actually there isn't that much pine, kind of miss it now... :( caramels though. hard butterscotch. drinks pretty easy, clean, sweetness, good bitters. nice red ipa. totally nothing wrong.
