UPDATED: AUG 12, 2018 From tap at the brewpub, Pours dark black liquid, medium creamy tan to brown head, Aroma: coffee/roasted, yeasty, chocolate, Taste: medium sweet, light to medium bitter, light to medium sour, coffee, chocolate, hopy, Palate: light to medium body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel, long coffee aftertaste, Overall: good, enjoyed.

On tap at Klaštorny Pivovar, pours black with a medium tan head. Aroma brings out toasted malt, with a touch of earth. Flavour is along the same lines, with bready malt, some roast and toasted nuts. A bit of burnt malt, with a very creamy palate. This is a really nice dunkel.

On tap. Dark brown color with beige head. Aroma is malty, chocolate, caramel some roasted malt and coffee. Taste is malty with pronounced chocolate and lightly roasted notes. It's great beer.

Draft at the source. Clear deep maroon brown color tan head. Earthy cocoa powder aroma. Taste is earthy coffee and chocolate. Delicious.

Tap (thanks travlr). Pours dark brown-black. Aroma is sweet, mqlt, molasses. Flavor is sweet and bitter, black bread, malty. Finish is malty. Covers alcohol well. Overall: great.
