UPDATED: APR 12, 2019 Lightly hazy yellow, delicate floral citrus fruit aroma. Silky mouthfeel with a bite of acidic fruit at the mid to end. Sweet balanced with sour, with the delicate aromas riding on the palate afterwards. Really exceptional. Thanks Max!

UPDATED: MAR 28, 2019 (bottle, 50cl) Delicately hazy, slightly milky colour. Distinctively citric and slightly limey aroma. Quite sweet flavour, medium bodied. Fruity on the palate with loads of yuzu, lime and citrus; sweet and minimally tart towards the finish with a mineralic and slightly lactic touch. Very good.

14% On bottle at Raw Wine London. Hazy white almost clear. Sweet. Sweet fruit. Sticky. Yes sweet as hell but the raspberry and strawberry jam are fun.
