Sour cabbage, cheese, caramel, herbal candy, herbal liqueur, sharp plastic phenols coming up. Oily texture, strong. Sweet candy, ripe raspberry, some fruity sourness. Alcohol hidden.

UPDATED: JAN 11, 2022 Bottle from BaseCamp. Dark amber, hazy body, off-white head. Sweet grape juice in the aroma, light oxidation, light maltiness, pleasant. Lean, dry taste, soft, sweetish, ending tart, grape juice dominating the thing, some raspberry jam notes, light light phenolic touches. Overly dry malty notes - losing whatever dinkel could have given it. Very well hidden alcohol really. Imperfect but nice.
