Appearance- brewer bottle cap, simple nice label. Maybe a slight overall bonus. Clear ruby, dark brownish color. From- snifter Price-2,49 euros for 0,33ml Taste- weak malt, hops, Belgian yeast, caramel. Alcool mixed in well. Generally sweet, tasty.

Sweet with bread and dried fruit before lots of spices and firm bitterness. Anise, coriander, cinnamon. Drying woody spice. Some obvious alcohol. Lacks real depth.

Aroma is malty, liquor, caramel, prunes, raisins, some chocolate, fruits, spices. Medium body, oily texture, good carbonation. Sweet boozy finish. Taste follows the aroma. Great and complex.

UPDATED: DEC 16, 2020 Brown body with a finger of head. Aroma is earth, barnyard hay, and a little chocolate. Taste is slow starter, fig sweet middle, long caramel sweet finish. Texture is lighter and fizzy. Pretty good.

Aroma medio intenso, higos, ciruelas, azúcar quemado, notas de madera y alcohol. Sabor medio intenso, en la línea del aroma más leves especias y un amargor herbal suave que dura hasta el posgusto, alcohol notable. Textura mínimamente oleosa. Carbonatación alta. La disfrutaría mucho más si el alcohol tan presente y la carbonatación tan alta me lo permitieran.

Sabor dulce con predominio de malta y final azucarado sin excesiva presencia del alcohol. Cuerpo medio-alto y carbonatación alta, excesiva hasta el punto de entorpecer la cata.
