Gushing... pas cool (-1..) mais brassée avec du marc de grenade (boum!) donc explosion dans le thème (+1 !) (sanction annulée, je me suis marré tout seul :) Bière très marron brillante avec une mousse très abondante ; rétention courte. Arômes céréales torréfiés, grillées, notes de café noir, notes de fruits rouges (grenade... pourquoi pas). Douceur légère, acidité légère à moyenne, moyennement sec rafraîchissant, amertume légère. Corps moyen aérien, texture fine à moyenne moelleuse, bien gazeux, final torréfié sec acidulé. Bon.

UPDATED: SEP 11, 2021 Barwa ciemno brązowa, bardzo mętna. Piana beżowa, niemożliwie wysoka, trwała. Nie pozostawia zdobień. Aromat jest przede wszystkim owocowo kwaśny (czerwone owoce), może nawet dziki, dalej 'zakurzona' podłoga w piwnicy, siano i bardzo delikatne nuty palone. Smak kwaśny, goryczkowy. Podobnie jak w aromacie skojarzenie z czerwonymi owocami jest jak najbardziej na miejscu. W tle czekolada, kakao. Co prawda po otwarciu butelki piwo momentalnie wyskoczyło, to ostatecznie dość szybko się odgazowało pozostając na poziomie średnio niskim. Tekstura lekko szorstka. Ciało średnie. Posmak kwaskowy, owocowy, długi.

UPDATED: MAY 24, 2021 Head reduced to rim in seconds; reddish brown... beer? Coffee-like nose, roast and faraway fruity notes - with indeed some notes of pomegranate. But smelling way more as a Porter than as a Schwarz. Coffee and red berries - why not pomegranate. The flavour is there indeed, but the coffee is too much, overwhelming, instead of the usual dry dark malts' flavour of a real Schwarz. Warming up, the fruity notes become more obvious. Very slick, medium bodied, low carbonation. One thing is sure. This is highly intriguing brew, and where the coffee flavour hails from is a true enigma. I Thanks to Stef! /I
