Aroma: rye malt, dry approach with nice crisp hop sided walls. Fairly authentic bend.
Look: poured as pale gold with fine haze, lasting foamy white top.
Palate: lighter bodied, dry, plus carbonation, refreshing.
Taste: saison yeast, lighter but very drinkable. Nice prickly hops, hinted with pear and mild rye heat. Tasty brew.
